General Information
Sovereignty Wines prices do not include shipping, handling, insurance, foreign duties or sales tax (where applicable). Our products are packed in Fedex-approved shippers with protective Styrofoam inserts. Street addresses and phone numbers are required for all shipments. In the United States, an adult over the age of 21 must be present to sign for the shipment. We cannot deliver to Post Office boxes and not all addresses can be shipped to as well. Beer and spirits are not available to ship currently under Colorado law.
Order processing time will generally be processed in 24 hours on all in stock items. Special shipping requests - including rush orders, requests to ship original wood cases, etc. - should be made by phone or email. We will update you when we’ve processed your order and again when it ships.
Important: We ship to the following states only: Alaska, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Louisiana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming.
Domestic Shipping
Sovereignty Wines ships primarily via Air service using FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days depending upon the distance from our store to the destination. Our carrier does not normally deliver on Saturdays. If you need Saturday delivery (for an extra charge), please contact us at info@sovereigntywines.com or (719) 389-0906 for further information.
Shipping costs vary widely based on the number of bottles shipped, the distance from our store to the destination, and the type of service selected. It is most economical to ship 6 or 12 bottles at a time. Prior to finalizing and submitting your order to us, you can adjust your order to see different shipping costs by varying the quantity of wine in the Shopping Cart or by selecting a different Shipping Method (Ground, 2-Day, Next Day) on the Checkout page.

Sovereignty Wines will ship 1.5L on a case by case basis depending on packaging the bottle safely. Additional charges may apply.
Please note that we do not accept returns for shipped items nor can we grant refunds for items once they have been shipped.
Someone 21 and older must be available to sign for the package (Fedex will not leave packages containing alcohol without an adult signature).
Weather Policies
Extreme temperatures can be detrimental to wine during transit. During times of extreme heat or cold, we will gladly hold your purchases free of charge until we can they can travel. This means that shipment of your wine can be delayed for several months during these periods. If you opt to have your order shipped during such extreme weather, we cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your wines upon delivery.
International Shipping
Sovereignty Wines ships international packages via FedEx. Please note that our shipping cost includes a protective shipping box, insurance and carrier charges to the destination. It does NOT include any taxes or duties that may be assessed by and payable to the local authorities at the destination or any additional fees that may be charged by FedEx for the administration of taxes and duties.
Returns
For products that have not been picked up (e.g., futures or products still in will call) there will be a 10% restocking fee for all refunds.
